Credit card surcharges

Credit and debit card surcharges have changed

From 1 November 2024, all card surcharges are as follows:

Domestic Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, or JCB: 1.4%
Domestic Amex: 1.5%
International Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, JCB, or Amex: 2.85%

Want to avoid paying a surcharge?

You can opt to pay your rent via direct debit from an Australian bank account. It’s easy to do through the Iglu Portal, simply select ‘Manage Direct Debit Details’ from the menu after you log in and enter your details.
