• All letters can be collected from the front desk during business hours.​
• Parcels will be held at the front desk. They will be placed in the parcel lockers (next to the front desk) after 6pm and you will receive a text or email (if no Australian Number) with collection instructions.​
• Please collect parcels ASAP.
